A gorgeous balanced oil made from olives handpicked in June 2026 from the 93 trees in Olivo's original grove on Hinekura Road. Medium intensity greenly ripe fruitiness with aromas of green apple and a hint confectionery. Sweet on entry, mild bitterness with lingering pepperiness and a finish reminiscent of marzipan. Pour over fresh ripe tomato salads, feta, brie or chévre. Great complement on cheese and mezze platters. Try with fresh or dried figs!
