Extra virgin olive oil – our award winning premium estate blend. Every year is different because of the weather patterns and the olives available. This is the release of the 2024 oil. Again the 2024 Estate blend is predominantly Barnea olives with a tiny dash of Manzanillo, our 30 year old trees. The oil is more intense than the 2023 Estate but is still classified as 'medium'. Green grass on the nose, rising to a lovely balanced mouth and lingering fruity finish. Delicious wherever you want a fruity olive oil - with salmon, chicken, lentils, avocado, quinoa and rice dishes.
