A gorgeous balanced oil made from olives handpicked in June 2026 from the 93 trees in Olivo's original grove on Hinekura Road. Medium intensity greenly ripe fruitiness. Sweet on entry, mild bitterness with lingering rocket-like pepperiness and a finish reminiscent of marzipan. Awards judges detected aromas of tomato, warm spices, pine and green banana. Pour over fresh ripe tomato salads, feta, brie or chévre. Great complement on cheese and mezze platters. Try with fresh or dried figs!
