This is our ninth year of producing a Tuscan Estate Blend. This year it is an equal balance between Frantoio and Leccino in the blend. It is what the grove gives us. The 2024 Tuscan blend is of medium intensity. The 2023 Tuscan was a gold medal winner as was the 2021 and 2022. This oil is green and grassy - rich and balanced with a late pungency. Pair it with salads, steamed vegetables and drizzle on top of soups.
