Tours Introduction We welcome small groups, families and individuals to visit the olive grove and find out how award winning extra virgin olive oil is produced. We talk about the olive year and carry out tastings of the Olivo extra virgin and infused olive oils in our purpose built tasting room.   The grove and tasting room is open on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 10.30am – 5.00pm   Trip around the Trees Understand what happens to olive trees throughout the year. This is a personalised tour around the trees given by one of the owners on Sundays at 2pm. Progress to the tasting room where you will learn how to use extra virgin olive oil and the full range of infused oils in quick easy and spectacular recipes.
