This is the first time we have produced a single varietal Picholine and it didn't disappoint us. This oil won Best in Class in the 2023 Olives NZ awards in the category of Boutique Medium Single Varietal and a Gold medal. The Picholine olive is of French origin and its flavour is creamy, green, more artichokes, eucalyptus with a hint of pungency. it is beautifully balanced and complex.
